A MAJOR part of FLYE’s mission to empower youth-athletes to transition soft skills from sports to other areas of life involves understanding the power of personal brand. The digital age coupled with the rise of showcased youth sports creates an environment where youth as young as 3 now have massive digital followings. Athletic ability to build notoriety is getting younger and younger yet the youth are often the ones unable to capitalize on their image and likeness.
